The Best Cauliflower Crust Pizza You Ever Had

Cauliflower Pizza

Dear Fashionistas,

Do you want the best Cauliflower Crust Pizza You Ever Had?  Well, I have that recipe perfecting it after a few tries.  It is not only the best tasting but the easiest to make.

Since we are all trying to continue our New Years Eve resolution by eating healthier, I suggest you give this a whirl.

What you need:

1 cup raw, grated (or chopped in food processor) cauliflower
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
(may add other Italian spices as desired–such as dried or fresh basil)

Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.  Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.  (I tried adding grated parmesan on the non-stick for the bottom of the za)

Fresh cauliflower

Mix all of the above ingredients into a mixing bowl.  Empty the cauliflower mixture onto the pan and shape into a round disk by pressing the ingredients down. Make sure it is somewhat thin and even in the thickness.

Place the cauliflower pizza crust into the oven for about 20 minutes so that it starts to brown on top.  Take it out and flip it for another few minutes.

Baked Cauliflower

Remove the crust and add your za ingredients.  We like a bit of homemade tomato sauce, mozz, hamburger (already cooked) and banana pepper rings.

Set your oven on broil and lightly brown the top.  Voila!  Try it with a nice bottle of Merlot and your all set.

Let me know how you like this recipe or if you tried something else.
